We’re official! Carlow’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

On September 13, 2021, we had our much anticipated Carlow Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! It was a beautifully sunny day to present our new townhome community to the world. This exciting new townhome community features spacious floor plans and live/work floor plans. The perfect location in Norwalk gives homebuyers easy access to Orange County and Los Angeles County for work and play. It was no wonder it sold out so quickly!
