Urbanize.LA: “New Townhomes Begin Construction in Whittier”

Brandywine Homes has broken ground on a new development of townhomes adjacent to the Candlewood Country Club golf course in Whittier.
The project, known as Candlewood Villas, is rising on a nearly four-acre property at 13900 Telegraph Road. Plans call for 53 for-sale sales, with completion anticipated in March 2019.
The mix of two- and three-story buildings will offer three-bedroom floor plans between 1,300 and 1,800 square feet. Plans also call for a common recreation building and a private park.
Brandywine, based out of Irvine, has recently built single-family developments in Norwalk and Long Beach.
