Top Rookie Sales Award goes to Brandywine Homes’ Robert Adams

Brandywine Homes’ Robert Adams was awarded the honor of Top Rookie winner for the third quarter sales awards by the Greater Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California. Top Producer Honors from the cumulative dollar volume (using base sales price) of all closed homes for that quarter are eligible. GSMC provides these quarterly achievement honors to those selling homes, which help their companies achieve revenue and growth.
Even though Robert is new to the homebuilding industry, he rose to this new normal challenge. He utilized digital marketing, video editing, and content creation to stay competitive. At the end of the second quarter, Robert enrolled in Tom Ferry’s Marketing Edge to gain more insight to help make the Candlewood Villas community sell out even faster. With 0 cancellations in a time of COVID-19, he was able to sell the final four homes at Candlewood Villas in Whittier, CA. Congratulations, Robert, and keep up the exceptional work!
