Brandywine Homes, a real estate developer based in Irvine, is officially beginning construction on a two-story townhouse project in Buena Park. The new housing development will be close to several community attractions such as Knott’s Berry Farm, Disneyland, and the Buena Park downtown shopping district.

The new residential community is called Corsica, and it features 17 new Mediterranean-inspired homes. The three- and four-bedroom collection of residences will sit on a 1.66-acre parcel at 8572 Stanton Ave. Each townhouse will range from 1,842 to 2,135 square feet and include modern amenities such as tankless water heaters, deep spa-like tubs, open layouts, and gourmet kitchens. The communal spots will also have greenspaces and even a barbecue area.

The townhouses are expected to be finished and on sale by fall 2017.
