DIG IT: Official Groundbreaking at RTHM in Long Beach

One of Brandywine’s upcoming communities had its much anticipated official groundbreaking on November 3, 2022. RTHM is an exciting new townhome community located in North Long Beach, CA, next to the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library and close to The BEAT — a new, innovative, and dynamic creative hub for expression in art, music, and creativity of all kinds in Long Beach. RTHM is an innovative new townhome community that’s a sophisticated and new vision for urban living in Southern California. Brandywine has partnered with LAB Holding LLC (creators of The LAB/Anti-Mall and The Camp in Costa Mesa as well as The Packing District in Anaheim) and Uptown Long Beach Business Development District to create this dynamic new community which will include 2-4-bedroom residences with impressive amenities inside and out as well as convenient onsite retail. “This really shows to the city that there are ways that we can invest in communities that have been forgotten, we can do things like build housing, we can expect the best for our communities, people can have the things that they need within walking distance,” said City Councilmember Rex Richardson, who hosted the event. “And that’s what this project truly represents.” Stay tuned for construction updates on RTHM!
