Construction Begins on Lemongrass Community in Fountain Falley
Nov. 15, 2011
IRVINE, CALIF. – Sept. 23, 2011 – Construction is underway on the Lemongrass community of single-family detached homes being developed by Brandywine Homes in Fountain Valley.
The first model homes will be completed in November.
Brandywine, one of Southern California’s most successful infill developers and homebuilders, will build 16 homes on a 2.95-acre site at 18110 Magnolia St.
“We are eagerly anticipating the introduction of our Lemongrass models to the Fountain Valley community,” said Brett Whitehead, president of Brandywine Homes, which is based in Irvine, Calif. “This development will fill a void in a community that has a proven demand for new housing.”
Featuring distinctive Craftsman and Mission architecture, Lemongrass will consist of three floor plans, either one- or two-story and ranging in size from approximately 2,600 square feet to 3,600 square feet. The homes will have up to five bedrooms, three or four bathrooms and three-car garages. Lot sizes are relatively spacious for the coastal area, starting at just under 7,000 square feet.
