Brandywine Homes to develop new homes in California
May. 08, 2013
California-based Brandywine Homes in partnership with Old Pasadena-based architectural firm LCRA will develop last 12 homes in 28-Unit Pasadena community in California.
Completing the East Pasadena Development, the new homes will feature four- and five-bedroom homes. Reflecting the charm of the surrounding neighborhood, the new homes will feature 2,900- to 3,500-square-feet of space.
To be built in Cape Cod, Hastings English and French provincial styles, the new home schemes at Sierra Madre Villa Avenue and East Sierra Madre Boulevard will feature gourmet kitchens, luxurious master suites, inviting front porches and family-friendly open floor plans with up to five bathrooms.
Apart from that the homes will feature authentic brick and stone exteriors and fireplaces. The sustainable features of the scheme include tankless water heaters, low-E glass windows and night setback automatic thermostats.
TCO designed the landscape, including streetscapes and entry, and Pacific Dimensions interior merchandising firm, provided each home comfortable, luxurious finishing touch.
The project is expected to complete in May 2014.
