Bloomberg: “Brandywine to Hold Grand Opening at Griffin, a 17-Unit Community in Arcadia on May 7”

Brandywine Homes will hold a grand opening at Griffin, a new community featuring 17 three-story contemporary townhomes located at 136 Las Tunas Drive in Arcadia, on Saturday, May 7. Construction at the new neighborhood is expected to be complete by July of 2016.

Griffin delivers homes to an area in need of this type of housing. The 17 three-story, two- and three-bedroom townhomes range in size from 1,307 to 2,210 square feet. Some will have tandem garages, and all will have contemporary architecture, stainless steel appliances and solid-surface counters. Prices will range from $699,000 to $1,150,000.
Residents of the new community, located between El Monte Avenue and South Santa Anita Avenue, will have access to Arcadia’s excellent schools and will be 3.3 miles away from the 210 Freeway, making commuting easy. Griffin is close to Santa Anita Park, Westfield Santa Anita shopping center, the Santa Anita Golf Course and downtown Pasadena.
