Community

Carson Landing is a community of 175 homes with a mix of traditional 3 story townhomes and stacked condominium flats.  Located across the street from Cal State Dominguez Hills, Carson Landing is a gated community  with resort style amenities including a pool, spa, common meeting room, communal BBQ area, and dog park.

Completed

January of 2024.  After a spectacular Grand Opening event in August of 2022 that included appearances by players and the mascot from the Los Angeles Galaxy, Carson landing led the area in sales pace for a new home community

Key Challenge

A portion of the property had soil environmental issues that required remediation and oversight from the Department of Toxic Substance Control.  After a long and thorough process, the site was deemed complete and fully remediated for occupancy by many happy homeowners.

Background

The property had long been a vacant outparcel in the city of Carson in a primarily industrial edge of the city.  Adjacency to an existing master planned community and Cal State Dominguez Hills however made it a natural extension of the city’s housing stock.

Results

What was once unsightly vacant land has been transformed into a luxury community for 175 families.  With convenient access to both LA and Orange County job centers and all of the entertainment options they offer, Carson Landing is an ideal location for those looking for a new home in the South Bay area
